As your general contractor, we will perform a range of tasks. During the initial consultation and planning phase, we will work with architects and blueprints to help you settle on the design and materials you want. During the building phase, we play both the role of highly skilled craftspeople and the role of managing subcontractors.
How does a general contractor prepare an estimate?
Our estimates are calculated based on:

At what point in the planning should I hire a general contractor?
It really depends on the type of project you’re pursuing. If you’re working on a home addition or new construction that requires an architectural blueprint, it’s best to get that organized first. We have lots of experience working with drafters and architects directly, as well as with their technical plans.
